Changes to BSP Link access from 1 March

Last Updated on

IATA has issued a reminder, that effective 1 March 2021 you will only be able to access BSPlink through the IATA Customer Portal.

Once logged into the Customer Portal you can access BSPlink following these steps:

  • On the “Favorite services” section > click on “See All”
  • Click on “BSPlink” icon
  • You will be logged into BSPlink

Why this change to the way I access BSPlink?

  • To strengthen the security of your organisation’s BSPlink login and data and avoid being a victim to fraud.
  • To make it easier for you to get in touch with IATA and run your business. In the future you will have access to all IATA Services, Materials and Support through the IATA Customer Portal.

In case you don’t have access to BSPlink service on your IATA Customer Portal, feel free to get in touch with IATA, or request access from your company’s IATA Customer Portal Administrator. In the meantime, for the most updated guidance and information on COVID-19, please refer at all times to IATA’s Coronavirus updates.
