FlySafair clarifies COVID-19 rebooking and refunding policy for trade

Last updated on

FlySafair has confirmed that agents who had GDS bookings can action re-bookings in the GDS. To do this, simply reissue your tickets against a new PNR with no change penalties. Refund requests can be filed through BSP-ZA.

However, if you would prefer to extend a website voucher to a client, simply email GDSqueries@safair.co.za. The airline will mark the eTicket in question as used and create the voucher accordingly.

We trust this helps clarify any doubts regarding the carrier’s rebooking and refunding policy for trade.
