FlySafair has confirmed that agents who had GDS bookings can action re-bookings in the GDS. To do this, simply reissue your tickets against a new PNR with no change penalties. Refund requests can be filed through BSP-ZA.
However, if you would prefer to extend a website voucher to a client, simply email GDSqueries@safair.co.za. The airline will mark the eTicket in question as used and create the voucher accordingly.
