ASATA Member Agents are invited to participate in a research project entitled: Assessing the relationship between hotel booking website quality, customer satisfaction and purchase intention.

The findings of the study will assist companies that distribute hotel accommodation to design quality websites that will successfully meet the requirements of travel agents and travel consultants.

To participate in this survey you must be a travel agent or travel consultant working or operating in South Africa and you must also have experience making hotel bookings online via a third-party hotel booking website.

The researcher is conducting this study as part of the partial completion of an MBA research assignment at The University of Stellenbosch Business School. My student number is 21231346 and the supervisor of my research is Ms. Tasneem Motala.
