Third Version of the Chargeback Guidelines published

IATA on behalf of the ADM User Group (ADMUG) Chargeback Sub-group, has published the third revision of the Card Chargeback Guidelines for ADM Prevention.

The document consolidates not only best practices and useful information regarding the chargeback lifecycle, but also provides an overview of the unique card processes in the airline industry.

With an enhanced layout and reflecting the latest reforms from the card industry, the Chargeback Guidelines will help prevent and remedy cardholder’s disputes and the costly consequences that those have on travel agents’ business.
